RTO: low VOC emissions and achieve 99% exhaust gas disposal efficiency
The RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is an efficient organic waste gas treatment equipment used in manufacturing process. The principle is to oxidize the combustible waste gas into the corresponding oxides and water at high temperatures, thereby purifying the waste gas and recovering the heat released along the process. The main structure of the RTO consists of combustion chamber, ceramic packing bed and switching valve. Compared with the traditional catalytic combustion - Direct Combustion Thermal Oxidation Furnace (TO)- RTO has higher thermal efficiency, lower operation cost and less energy consumption to minimize the pollution.

UV curing: reduce the use of solvents
The UV curing is a"radiation hardening technology".The "light initiator" contained in the chemical is stimulated by the UV light,and the monomer contained in the chemical is polymerized in a very short period of time (less than 1 second).
UV curing is different from heat curing, agent curing and natural curing. Short curing time ensures production & energy efficiency and its solvent-free process is environmental friendly.

Bio-based new materials
Based on the existing R&D capability, Shihua has successfully developed bio-based products. Compared with petroleum-based materials, bio-based materials are mainly derived from animals and plants, reducing carbon dioxide emissions and the demand for petroleum-based raw materials.
Shihua bio-based product pipeline includes single and double-sided tapes, substrate-free tape and adhesives, providing more environmental protection possibilities for the future.
